SV Hotel marks its strategic entry into the Geneva hotel market with two complementary hotel openings. Stay KooooK Geneva City boasts 84 flexible serviced apartments covering 2,500 square meters, offering a modern home away from home with a sense of community. In addition, the Residence Inn Geneva City Nations offers 99 spacious studios spread over seven floors, designed for guests who prefer a quiet and comfortable long stay. This expansion brings the SV Group’s hotel portfolio to 23 properties, 11 of which are located in Switzerland – a sign of the company’s successful growth strategy in the hospitality sector.

Marco Meier, Managing Director of SV Hotel, comments: “With the simultaneous opening of Stay KooooK and Residence Inn in Geneva, we are strategically serving different price segments and target groups in the growing extended-stay market. Stay KooooK, our own innovative brand, appeals to younger guests in particular with its community-oriented concept and attractive price point. The Residence Inn by Marriott, on the other hand, caters to the needs of discerning long-term guests with its extensive range of services and larger suites.” This diversification enables the company to meet a wide range of customer needs. Meier adds: “As a trusted and long-standing franchise partner of Marriott, we look forward to continuing and expanding our successful collaboration with the opening of the Residence Inn Geneva City Nations while simultaneously breaking new ground in the extended-stay segment with Stay KooooK.”

Stay KooooK: a fresh take on urban living
The Stay KooooK Geneva City opened its doors to an international audience in the center of Geneva, on the bustling Rue de la Servette. 84 fully furnished studios and family apartments, along with the communal space The Flat with a rooftop terrace, entice guests seeking a longer stay with urban flair or a weekend getaway. At the heart of every studio is the innovative living space element The Slide, which enables guests to adapt the space as they wish, transforming it from a full-fledged kitchenette to a comfortable sleeping area. A digital check-in system ensures smooth guest arrivals from booking through to room entry.

Sergey Mukhamedjanov, Operations Manager at Stay KooooK Geneva, explains: “Stay KooooK meets the demands of modern travel. We offer more than just a room – we create an experience that combines flexibility, design and community. Our concept is particularly aimed at digital nomads and creatives looking for more than just a place to stay in Geneva.”

Residence Inn: upper midscale extended stays
The Residence Inn Geneva City Nations in the quiet neighborhood of Petit Saconnex has established itself as an attractive destination for discerning long-stay guests. Spread over seven floors, the 99 stylishly furnished studios combine the comfort of a private apartment with the amenities of a full-service hotel. Each studio contains a well-equipped kitchenette, while complimentary hot breakfast, high-speed Wi-Fi and various hotel services are included. A modern meeting room, an on-site fitness center and a 24/7 grab-and-go market round out the amenities. The hotel’s convenient location between the airport and the city center underlines its attractiveness for international business travelers and diplomats.

Marie-Pierre Carite, General Manager of Residence Inn Geneva City Nations, points out: “Our hotel is more than just a hotel – it is a home away from home for people who value quality, privacy and excellent service. We have carefully considered every aspect of guests’ stays to offer them a seamless balance between work and leisure.”
