Stay KooooK
Stay KooooK offers the widest range of features and maximum comfort in central locations at an affordable price. Depending on the location, there are studios and family studios designed for long stays, or rooms and family rooms for shorter stays. With Stay KooooK, guests can experience a modern, minimalist yet cosy style of living with flexible room elements. They can meet hosts who know the area, take part in events, and take care of all the admin independently in the web app. Find out more.
Residence Inn
The hotels are the place to be for long-term guests. Every studio has a living and sleeping area, as well as a kitchenette and everything you could possibly want. High-speed internet is a matter of course. The shopping service fills the fridge in the studio, while the reliable laundry service does its thing.
Moxy
Budget meets boutique – that’s the lifestyle offer for the young and the young-at-heart. At Moxy Hotels, design and comfort are included in the surprisingly low prices. The slightly smaller rooms are stylish and clever with space – with large, state-of-the-art Wi-Fi TVs. For a long film night, guests have access to a range of food and drinks 24 hours a day.
Renaissance
The Renaissance appeals to guests who like to indulge themselves a little – in a strange city, with all it has to offer in the way of culture and beautiful shops. And all as close as they could possibly be to the well-located hotel. Start the day well-groomed in the morning, finish it elegantly in the evening, and live your own lifestyle.
Hyatt Centric
Hyatt Centric stands for lifestyle hotels for business and leisure travellers looking for all-round service in prime locations in popular destinations. A team of employees is always on hand to support guests on their journey of discovery and to help them make the most of their stay.
Our first dual-brand hotel combining the Hyatt Centric and Stay KooooK brands is being built in Hamburg. Expected opening in 2027.
Me and All Hotels by Hyatt
Me and All Hotels is designed for travelers who want to be close to the city's pulse. The hotels combine individual design with urban lifestyle and local influences, creating spaces where guests and locals meet. Each location is closely connected to its neighborhood and reflects its character. As of September 2025, SV Hotel will operate the Me and All Hotel Berlin East Side as a franchisee.
Courtyard by Marriott
Courtyard is the smart, dynamic hotel that helps its guests make the most of their travelling time. The brand’s modern, open lobby, which combines innovative technology with style and comfort, offers guests the opportunity to work flexibly or simply relax.
Individual hotels
Our two individual hotels are popular with our regular guests: small but perfectly formed, they offer everything they are looking for in a stay in Bern or Olten. Bern’s Hotel La Pergola is centrally located in the up-and-coming Monbijou district. You will find the Hotel Amaris only a few minutes from the picturesque old town of Olten and right next to the main railway station.

New hotels are being built at the following locations.
Stay KooooK and Hyatt Centric Hamburg Old Town
In the middle of the pedestrian zone in Hamburg's city center - on the famous Mönckebergstrasse between the main train station and city hall - two hotels are being built on eight floors: The 85 Stay KooooK Studios are located on the 5th to 8th floors. The boutique hotel Hyatt Centric will have 185 elegant rooms and suites on the 2nd to 8th floors. A spectacular rooftop terrace connected to the restaurant and the hotel bar offer a view of the harbor and invite guests to linger. Expected to open in 2027. find out more
Stay KooooK Bremen City
The Stay KooooK Bremen City will move into a new building. Following the demolition of the old building stock, mainly studios for the extended stay sector will be realized here; a total of up to 136 residential units are planned. The Flat will move into the second floor with its various living and working areas as well as the hosts. The first floor of the building will be let to retailers. Stay KooooK Dortmund City
Stay KooooK is coming to Dortmund for the first time. In an existing building at Kampstraße 38, a new place for modern temporary living is being created on four floors—with lots of personality, smart design, and a centerpiece above the rooftops of the city. The opening is planned for the end of 2027. Fifty-six residential units are to be built.
